Aqdas Gharbi, the daughter of Batul Sharqi and Nasr Allah Khan Gharbi, and (probably) Akhtar Firdaws, were the first female graduates of the college of pharmacy in Iran.

Aqdas Gharbi, the daughter of Batul Sharqi and Nasr Allah Khan Gharbi, was one of the first female graduates of the college of pharmacy. According to the family, she was pregnant when this photograph was taken. The other woman in the photo is probably Akhtar Firdaws.

Pictured, from the left, are: Fazl Allah Khan (Nizam al-Saltanah Mafi's cousin), Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Nizam Mafi, Zahra Sultan ‘Izzat al-Saltanah, Abu al-Qasim Khan (the son of Haydar Quli Khan Burhan al-Dawlah and the younger brother of Nizam al-Saltanah Mafi), and Muhammad Taqi Khan Nizam Mafi. Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, Zahra Sultan, and Muhammad Taqi Khan were the children of Khadijah Sultan and Riza Quli Nizam al-Saltanah Mafi.
